Nobscot Village Design Guidelines

The Nobscot Village Design Guidelines (NVDG) document was compiled with input from the Nobscot community through public meetings, conversations, and previous studies. It articulates the design preferences expressed by the Nobscot community as a future redevelopment guide for the community.

It’s purpose is to provide developers with clear guidelines and expectations specific to Nobscot Village prior to filing an application for a permit. The intent is to encourage new investment that will provide a strong sense of community while ensuring that enhanced walkability and connectivity are emphasized.
